Acknowledgement of Country
We acknowledge that the land that we gather and perform on is the traditional country and homelands of the Taribelang Bunda, Gooreng Gooreng, Gurang, and Bailai Peoples of the Bundaberg region. We acknowledge they have walked, cared for, sung, told stories and danced on this land for thousands of years. We acknowledge and respect their spiritual relationship, cultural heritage, beliefs and connection to this land, and it is still important to their descendants of today. We acknowledge the Elders, those here today and those who have passed back into the great dreaming.

SEPARATE TABLES 1993 | | | | Directed by Bob Adams, written by Terence Rattigan
SEPARATE TABLES is a theatre classic set in a small seaside private hotel in Bournemouth, it examines social attitudes towards lifestyles and behaviours of some of the guests, deemed morally reprehensible in 1950s Britain. MP John Malcolm (Brett Fielding) an alcoholic writer lives in anonymity after his release from prison for assaulting his ex-wife. He is "sort of" engaged to the staid hotel manageress Miss Cooper (Me) who is madly in love with him and in turmoil when his glamorous wife Anne (Salona Koczan) arrives hoping for a reconciliation. Other guests include elderly Major Pollock played by Rick Crawford (trying to escape a scandalous past after being convicted of a "despicable"act years earlier) young couple Jean and Charles (Bex Hutchins , Steven Knight.) The movie starring Burt Lancaster and Rita Hayworth won Oscars for David Niven (Major) and Wendy Hiller (Miss Cooper) | | | BACK ROW: Brett Fielding, Sherry Barnes, Salona Koczan, Jeanette Bock, Chris Fyfe, Kylie Vacher FRONT ROW: Joyce Hamilton, Pam Bland, Dave Kimber, Bex Hutchins, Annamaria Ede, Steven Knight, Rick Crawford | | | | | | | | | | Brett Fielding as MP John Malcolm and Salona Koczan as his wife, Anne Malcolm | | Kylie Vacher and Bex Hutchins | | | | | | | | | | | |
