Natalie Sweetapple - 'Fantine'

Meet our 'Les Miserables' cast...

Natalie Sweetapple as Fantine

We caught up with Natalie Sweetapple who plays 'Fantine'

Favourite part of the show?

- Working with this incredible cast and crew. The people in this show are some of the most hard working and dedicated I have ever worked with and I have had so much fun on this journey together.

Favourite show you've done?

 - 'Pirates of Penzance' at QPAC in 2015. I played one of John Woods daughters and got to dance with Andrew O'Keefe. It was challenging, fast paced and just so much fun. I was pretty star struck the entire time getting to work so closely with those amazing performers.

Best show memory?

- When I sang Memory with Marina Prior in 'CATS' to an audience of thousands at the Convention Centre in Brisbane.

If you could play any other character, who would it be?

- In this show, 'Madame Thenardier' because it would be so much fun and she doesn’t die a horrible death ha ha.

What do you hope people walk away thinking after the show?

 - I hope that they leave the Moncrieff thinking about what talented performers we have here in Bundaberg and feeling like they witnessed something magic. They should feel proud to be a part of this community and inspired to continue supporting the arts in our region.

Natalie is proudly sponsored by Catalyst Directions.

'Les Miserables' is presented by the Bundaberg Players Incorporated for our 25th anniversary performance!
