Acknowledgement

of Country

We acknowledge that the land that we gather and perform on is the traditional country and homelands of the Taribelang Bunda, Gooreng Gooreng, Gurang, and Bailai Peoples of the Bundaberg region.

We acknowledge they have walked, cared for, sung, told stories and danced on this land for thousands of years. We acknowledge and respect their spiritual relationship, cultural heritage, beliefs and connection to this land, and it is still important to their descendants of today.

We acknowledge the Elders, those here today and those who have passed back into the great dreaming.

"The Heart of Christmas" December - 1993
		THE HEART OF CHRISTMAS followed on from AN ENCHANTED CHRISTMAS (writtem by Judy Hayhoe). THE HEART OF CHRISTMAS was written by Judy Hayhoe and Nigel Dick, musicical score composed by Musical Director, Nigel Beyer. Both pantos were superbly presented and enthusiastically received by local audiences, thanks to this brilliant collaboration, resulting in THE HEART OF CHRISTMAS being published by Maverick Musicals. Judy said David Beynon so relished playing evil Jack Frost in the first one (AN ENCHANTED CHRISTMAS), he presented the writing team with an idea for a sequel so he could have another chance at spreading his icy charm.
